    The Lorenzo Dixon Sr. Family

From Lorenzo and Janice: Mom we are eternally grateful for all of you guidance and love down through the years. You have showed us Christ and how to live Godly. You have truly been a blessing to us and our children, whom we have been blessed with while being here at the ministry. Thank you for coming into our lives when you did, we truly know you were sent by God. We may not know his entire plan, but we know we will always come out on top as long as we follow you as you follow Christ. We thank God that we are apart of your spiritual and natural family. You are truly a blessing, so may God bless you and heaven continue to smile upon you.
    With love,
    Lo and Jan

From your Grandchildren: Grandma all we can say is thank you! Thank you for all your wisdom and kind words. Thank you for teaching and instilling in us that we can live holy and be kept by God in young and old age. You have taught us things that will help us be successful in life. No matter where we go in life or what we do your words will stay with us forever. We love you and we appreciate you for all you have done.
    With love,
    Lorenzo Jr, Latietia –Jeremiah, Bartholomew,

    Remember The Little Fish Market

It used to be green. And when we first moved in, there was this strong fish smell all over. It tooks months for us to get rid of it.

    My Collision With Tabernacle

    2006

    My Collision With Tabernacle

My first encounter with the Tabernacle family came as a result of my friendship with Delores Smith, who was a part of the Family at that time. She had told me so many wonderful things about Evangelist Carrie Buie and the church family that I had to see if they were all that she said that they were. I took my friends with me to hear this mighty woman of God in revival in Kingsland, GA, where I saw a family called the Butler's with a bunch of little red haired children, who were asleep on the floor under the pews. Then, there was a very tall guy named Parker with a bunch of little well-dressed girls, lined up on the front row while he adjusted the long chord from the microphone as Evangelist Buie preached and walked the aisles. {all of this I'm observing while trying to get into the service} There was even an anointed singer, named Ethel Nightingale, who declared that the Lord could keep you even while you're single, even if she had to stand in front of the refrigerator to cool off, the devil would get no glory. I enjoyed the service, my friends enjoyed the service....who would have thought that I would one day be a part of the Tabernacle Family.
