A new immigrant

sometime around 1992

Dear Judy,
The time was around summer time 1992: I was a new CSR. I came to U.S. only around one and a half year. I had strong Chinese accent whenever I spoke English. Sometimes customers didn't pick up what I had tried to explain to them. Judy always gave me a helping hand. One day a customer was really mean to me, Judy had stood up for me and almost yelled at him. I am always remember her kindness to me when I was new and appreciated very much for her help. Judy,I love you! You are the kindness person I'd ever met! You gave me warmth when I was new to a foreign country.

2006-2008

Judy, you have always been so kind and caring to me these past couple years at the bank and I want to thank you endlessly for that! You made my working at the bank that much more fun and your one of the reasons I stayed at the bank as long as I have! I love you and miss you so much, it\'s just not the same without you there. I wish you a happy and healthy retirement and I know I\'ll be seeing you pop in the bank here and there to visit us!
