What a priviledge to have known you! Your leadership is amazing and challenging. You raised the bar for me personally with your balance - a genuine caring heart for the people while creating a high performing team!!! You left such a great legacy!

Dick, it goes without saying how much you will be missed. Your personality is larger than life, and I am a better person for having had the chance to work under your leadership. Plus, you make me feel not-so-short :)! You're terrific, Dick, and Kaiser doesn't know how lucky they are...but they'll know soon enough. Knock 'em dead in California, Dick!
