Not many people are able to work together & still be friends - but we are - lol!!! Thank you for your friendship, thoughtfulness, great patience (i.e. torture of teaching me RFMS db conversion), the list is endless :)

Derek, I hope you have a very Happy 29th Birthday. It's been so wonderful watching you grow up into the wonderful husband and father you are today.
